Happy Deepavali!

Hai!

just quick notes for today!

Breakfast:
500ml plain water + 2 caps aloe concentrate
500ml hot water + 1tspn tea mix
500ml cold water + 1tbpn F3 + 3tbsp F1 cappucino

Lunch:
1 plate kuewteow goreng
seseduk peria goreng
500ml teamix

snacks:
500ml cold water + 2 tbsp F3 + 3 tbsp F1 tropical fruits

Dinner:
2 slices of Papa John's Pizza (dem delicious!)

workout:
10 x 5 rep sit-up
10 x 2 rep side leg lifts
